nice
the whole proportion of the girl, weapon, and shield seems quite accurate to me, i also love the colors you used. my only prob is thefingers on her right hand, her thumb more specifically

well...
cant tell just from looking, didnt really know what landscape this was b4 readin the title and description, but still beautiful. i thought it looked like something from the lion king lol those rocks (or is it an iceberg?) is where simba was being lifted up high by rafiki XD.
cool like always
emma's evolving =D, she's different from the other other one you drew, specifically talkin about the face shape and eyes, but that could probably be the angle shes facing, when i look at it intensely, does her head seem a bit bigger, proportion-wise?
I like this
i like the black and white, but i'd like to see some colors on it, at least the girl, since the minerals, im assuming, is her shadow, also this looks animesque which is another reason why i like it =D. The proportions on her is pretty good, seems accurate (for an anime character, i havent seen real girls with that kind of curves lol) ehem, o, i also like her pose, it looks natural and fluid, as in how she seems to be walkin. Not sure about the weapon shes carrying though, it looks like a blade without a hilt? and the butterfly seems to get in the way since its all in black and white, so i was wondering if it really was a butterfly or part of the sword, then it looks a bit like rena's cleaver (google it and you'll no what im sayin lol) anyways, i talk to much lol, this is awesome keep up the good work!
As stated above, part of the criteria for this illustration was that I could only use black and white ink. The stylization of the character is a bit of a nod to Oh Kyoung Seok's illustrative work (I've been watching his livestream quite a bit recently). Personally I would like to have included more detail in the butterfly to help set it off from the sword, but by the time I thought of the that it was already too late to make any major changes to the butterfly without muddying the black and white. The weapon is indeed based off of an unfinished blade I primarily wanted to focus on it's smooth sweeping motion to create more curvilinear forms of the right side of the illustration to contrast the rectilinear forms present on the left side.
pretty cool
FIRST! anyways, looks good, the guy looks proportional, i like the blue shade colors underneath him, the texture is also good, but whats with the hand? Is he holding his waist or trying to adjust his armor or sumtin?
He's adjusting some of his gear.
awesome,
like always! ur coloring is always so cool and the background, especially her floating chinese violin thing and her hairs colors, from blue to yellow, i have no idea what LoL is tho. the shadings are great, the picture just reminds me of something out of a manga hahaha
cool concept
background looks a bit too empty, the words, u couldve used somethin else lol, but the black mage lookin character is cool
I intended to make the background empty and dull as its more of a character sheet than a complete picture.
But I suppose I could've used some more effort into the name bit but yeah I'm trying to keep the same style up with the other character sheets.
whoa
looks pretty realistic to me, itd be funy as hell if it was actually a photograph, then all those ppl who act like an artist criticizin this pic would look retarded, but then again, i guess parts of the furs like ears and his chin beard still has of the same color as the background so thats 1 reason for me to think its not a photo XD, nice job
its definitely not a photo. It doesn't even remotely look like one. Silly.
Awesome
I cant believe there are people who just rated this as a 9 or below... this is just plain awesome, it looks realistic, and the details you put into the armor too is awesome.... just awesome!! actually the cheeks looks a bit awkward, dunno why... its strange, it just feels like something is wrong, maybe its my preference in women XD...
Pretty cool
i think its a nice concept, my probs is the area around the jaw and chin(i cant explain it, but look in a mirror around that same area and youll notice it,), the nose(the white line in it makes it look kinda awkward, im just staring at it) and fingers(theres a line on the ring(?) finger, it looked like u were tryin to add an extra finger but didnt finish or sumtin?) anyways its still nicer than most of the stuff i c on newgrounds XD GJ
